Merrimack Valley Pistol League,

(MVPL)

The Merrimack Valley Pistol League is a .22 Caliber bullseye team shooting competition, which runs from mid October thru the beginning of March. Teams have equal home and away matches, and each shooter will shoot for his or her best score. Then the top 5 scores from your team will be totaled up, resulting in your teams score for the night. The other team will do the same, and the team with the higher score will win the match that night.

There are 4 divisions in the League, A, B, C & D Division. The B and C division are competing on Monday evenings and the A and D division on Wednesday evenings.

Teams representing Sportsman and Gun Clubs from Tewksbury, Plaistow, Dracut, Lowell, Andover, Billerica, and North Reading make up the league.
